    8 adet yumurta sarısı
    1 çay kaşığı beyaz şarap sirkesinde bekletilmiş kapari
    2 su bardağı su
    1 çorba kaşığı kırmızı şarap sirkesi
    1 adet soğan
    4 adet taze soğan sapı
    Tuz, karabiber

    Hazırlanışı:

    Havuç, kereviz sapı, soğan ve sarımsağı temizleyip tencereye alın. Maydanoz ve kereviz yapraklarını iple bağlayıp demet halinde tencereye ilave edin. Üzerini aşacak şekilde tuzlu su ekleyip orta ateşte pişirin. Su kaynamaya başlayınca rostoyu ekleyip kapağını kapatın ve yaklaşık 60 dakika pişirin. Et pişince tencereyi ateşten alın. 1 su bardağı su ilave edip ılınmaya bırakın.
